Cadastral Survey are survey works carried out for issuance of land title. In most country, cadastral survey work are govern by statutory act. In Singapore, only Registered Surveyor can carry out Cadastral Survey work. These kind of work usually involve subdivision of land and building(strata subdivision). We also carry out boundary and enchroachment survey.

Usually used to established primary control points which are far apart. These points are established using GPS and form a triangulated network which are adjusted using the method of least squares.
